How do I scan my pet?
Open the app, tap the scan button (+) on the home screen, and either take a photo or select one from your library. Make sure your pet is clearly visible in the frame for the best results.
What's included in Premium?
Premium gives you unlimited AI health scans, full body condition analysis, custom diet plans, and progress tracking over time. You can choose between a weekly subscription or lifetime access.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This will restore any previous purchases made with your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Luvo Pet to manage or cancel your subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app by going to Settings → scroll down to Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data.
Is my pet's data secure?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. Your pet's photos and health data are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
